Top 20 Best Hotels and Most Beautiful Resorts in Dubai With Prices

To allow you to find yourself in the jungle of Dubai hotels, we have selected the 20 best hotels and resorts in the city, from the urban address of Downtown to the intimate resort of Palm Jumeirah via the iconic Burj Al Arab and Atlantis.

In our series of 5 contents devoted to Dubai (find all the links to our special file at the bottom of this article), this list of 20 hotels has been thought of as a demanding selection of what the emirate has to offer in terms of hospitality.

Our bias? Identify the best hotels and resorts in each area of the city, regardless of their category. So don’t be surprised to find side by side, or almost, an ultra-luxurious resort with less than 100 rooms and a gigantic holiday complex, theme park included, for the whole family.

1. Four Seasons Resort at Jumeirah Beach

Opened in 2014, the first of two Four Seasons addresses in Dubai has become one of the cream of the crop when it comes to resorts.

Head to the seaside at Jumeirah Beach to find this vast urban resort that has given itself the means to achieve these ambitions.

Guests of the 237 rooms and suites have access to two huge outdoor swimming pools, a private beach, a luxurious spa, an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, and even a running track along the sea.

But where the Four Seasons Resort at Jumeirah Beach really makes the difference, it is by having been able to concentrate a very high-level entertainment offer.

Two of the best restaurants in Dubai (COYA and Nusr-Et) are just a stone’s throw from the establishment, as is Dubai’s favorite beach, Kite Beach, definitely one of Dubai’s hot spots. A faultless for the Canadian brand.

2. One&Only Royal Mirage

“Revolutionary in its time, the One&Only Royal Mirage remains nearly twenty years after its inauguration one of the most beautiful addresses in Dubai.

Hotel and resort openings are multiplying, but very few can compete with the marvelous and enchanting setting of the Royal Mirage, a veritable Palace of a Thousand and One Nights in modern times. “we write in our report dedicated to the One&Only Royale Mirage.

Unquestionably, the One&Only Royal Mirage occupies a special place in Dubai’s bustling hotel scene. Not only because the luxury establishment, led by Mr. Olivier Louis, a visionary hotelier, was a pioneer in the field.

But above all because the Royal Mirage remains unequaled on many levels to this day. With a mile-long private beach and more than 25 hectares of gardens, the greatest luxury of this hotel like no other is that of space.

The extra advice? If you are not lucky enough to stay there, come and enjoy the chic but relaxed atmosphere of the place by sipping a cocktail at the Jetty Lounge.

Or ? At the very end of Jumeirah Beach, where the “New Dubai” has developed (Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, The Beach JBR…). Count about twenty minutes, when the traffic is fluid, to reach Downtown.

Price;

From €400 per night in the low season (July-August), to €800 the rest of the year.

Address: Al Sufouh Road, Jumeirah Beach – Dubai – United Arab Emirates

3. Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf

Within the immense Madinat Jumeirah complex (Jumeirah being the large Dubai hotel group to which we also owe the Burj Al Arab), Dar Al Masyaf (“summer villas”) is one of the three hotel properties making up this vast complex seaside hotel.

It is with Al Qasr, literally the “Palace”, the most luxurious of these properties imagined to restore the timeless atmosphere of a fantasy Arabia. The great advantage of Dar Al Masyaf?

The feeling of living in a resort on a human scale (“only” 283 rooms and suites), thanks to the design combining pavilions, gardens, lakes and swimming pools, while having access to all of Madinat’s many facilities Jumeirah: around forty bars and restaurants, a golf course, a children’s club, a theatre, a private beach, tennis courts and a center dedicated to water sports.

 4. Mandarin Oriental Jumeira

The Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, the first luxury Hong Kong collection hotel to launch in Dubai, pays homage to the illustrious brand’s illustrious past while adjusting to cutting-edge Dubai.

The 5-star address, which is located in a pleasant beachfront location between a seaside resort and an urban hotel, has eight bars and restaurants, including the gourmet tables Tasca à la carte created by renowned chef José Avillez and Netsu, a Japanese restaurant with stunning set design, as well as a fitness center, a kids club,

The 78 suites, each with a spacious dressing room, a magnificent bathroom, a furnished balcony, and numerous spaces for resting or working, are a tremendous advantage.

Along one of the only undeveloped beaches in the city, in the Jumeirah neighborhood. The hotel is 15 minutes from the city’s heart (Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, etc.) and 13 kilometers from the airport.

What amount? starting at €559/night.

5 Bulgari Resort Dubai

Located on a seahorse-shaped island connected to downtown Dubai by a 300m bridge, BVLGARI Resort Dubai is a true Mediterranean village on the shores of the Arabian Sea. Composed of 101 rooms and suites as well as 20 Bvlgari villas with swimming pool, garden and sea view, the complex offers restaurants – such as the gastronomic Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, La Spiaggia and Il Caffè – and a beach club with beach private.

Guests can choose to relax at the 1700 m² spa with hammam, indoor swimming pool, fitness center and beauty salon. The icing on the cake, the resort includes a private marina and Bvlgari’s first nautical club.

6. Park Hyatt Dubai

If the Park Hyatt Dubai is not an obvious choice (its location on the edge of Dubai Creek is not really ideal for discovering Dubai or enjoying its nightlife), this urban resort will be perfect for those who wish to enjoy 24, 48, or 72 hours of rest in the sun, between two Emirates flights.

A stone’s throw from DXB international airport, the Hyatt group’s most prestigious brand has established itself in Dubai through a very pretty resort, despite its remote location and lack of access to the sea.

Elegant interiors, in the purest Park Hyatt style, idyllic gardens, a large outdoor swimming pool, contemporary restaurants, spa, everything is there.

How much ? From €230 per night in low season, that is to say in the heart of summer, when temperatures break heat records. The price-quality ratio is still excellent.

7. Meliá Desert Palm member of Meliá Collection

Celebrating the theme of the horse in style (equestrian center, polo field, decorative elements, etc.) in the heart of a 65-hectare estate, Meliá Desert Palm member of Meliá Collection is the best possible option to escape the hustle and bustle from the city without really leaving it since only a short half-hour drive separates the hotel from Downtown. This has many advantages in terms of transport.

In a style reminiscent of a country club mixed with Spanish influences, the Desert Palm plays the card of sporty elegance as much as that of intimacy since the property only houses 38 rooms, suites, and villas (some of which exceed 500 m2 and have private swimming pools)!

So many assets, combined with the presence of a very good restaurant and a spa, make Desert Palm an address of choice for an offbeat holiday resort.

Desert Palm PER AQUUM Dubai

Or? Out of town heading south towards the desert. Allow 30 minutes by car from Downtown, 20 minutes from DXB. Nothing bad then.

Price? From €220 per night.

Address: Al Awir Road, Warsan 2 – Dubai – United Arab Emirates

8. Address Dubai Marina

If it seems essential to come and visit Dubai Marina during your stay in the emirate, if only to come and taste the creative and playful cuisine of Jason Atherton at Marina Social, staying there does not seem to us to be a priority.

If however, spending a few nights in the Marina district is part of your plans, then The Address Dubai Marina is with Grosvenor House (Luxury Collection) the best option in this corner of Dubai.

The local brand The Address has imagined an elegant and functional establishment, despite an obvious lack of fantasy.

The swimming pool with a view of the neighboring towers of the district is one of the little things that make the difference here.

The Address Dubai Marina – Facade Right in the heart of Dubai Marina.

How much? From €180 per night.

9. Atlantis The Palm Dubai

We already knew Atlantis in the Bahamas, we must now count on Atlantis The Palm Dubai, an exceptional establishment, which has already become an icon of the unique hotel offer of the emirate.

Gigantic format for this hotel which is more like a Las Vegas mega-hotel than a traditional resort. More than 1,500 rooms and suites for the Atlantis, which has been designed as a paradise for children with its theme park (Aquaventure, 17 hectares reserved for aquatic fun) and its share of unforgettable experiences (it is, in particular, possible to swim with dolphins at The Lost Chambers Aquarium).

Parents will be able to catch up by going to dinner in the more than 20 restaurants of the complex which has some big names in globalized gastronomy (Nobu, Gordon Ramsay…), or by taking advantage of the luxurious spa of the hotel. The icing on the cake?

The “underwater” suites (actually inside the aquarium) where you can observe thousands of fish from the bottom of your bed. Provided you pay more than 3,000 € per night...

Atlantis The Palm Dubai At the end of Palm Jumeirah, following the “trunk”. Allow 20 minutes by car to reach the Mall of the Emirates shopping center and its famous indoor ski slope.

 Price? From €280 per night.

Address: Crescent Road, The Palm Jumeirah – Dubai -United Arab Emirates

But also? New inauguration signed Royal Atlantis, the Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences neighboring the Atlantis The Palm hotel includes two towers of 185 and 165 meters in height, nested one inside the other by a block system which houses 795 rooms and suites and 231 residences with private swimming pools and terraces.

Spa treatment, a 2 km private beach, interiors by Sybille de Margerie, a gym, 24-hour concierge, gourmet restaurants, and no less than 90 swimming pools complete this disproportionate project.

10. Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort

Why are we booking? The Anantara hotel brand is one of the few to have succeeded in imagining an attractive resort on a human scale in Dubai. If we obviously do not reach the heights of the unequaled One&Only The Palm, Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort offers a more than decent (and much more affordable) alternative for those wishing to spend a few days of vacation in the sun.

What Is the  Price?  From €200 per night.

Address: Crescent Road, The Palm Jumeirah – Dubai – United Arab Emirates

11. ME Dubai Hotel

The “starchitect” who died prematurely in the spring of 2016, in fact, imagined the exterior of the building – two curved towers connected by a cube floating in the void – but also all the resolutely futuristic interiors, from the lobby to the rooms through the 650 m² spa with outdoor swimming pool.

The 74 rooms and 19 suites with fluid lines complete the sci-fi decor, with several restaurants (Latin cuisine, tapas, Japanese, English brasserie) and bars.

The hotel is also committed to reducing its carbon footprint, becoming zero plastic, and organizing cultural events that promote Middle Eastern arts and artists.

Located  In the Burj Khalifa area.

How much ? From €390 per night.

Address: The Opus, Al A’amal Street, Dubai

12. Address Sky View Hotel

For the centrality of this address, 10 minutes from the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa on foot.

This 5-star hotel is made up of two towers (61 and 56 floors) linked together by a 3-storey bridge, where a huge infinity pool is perched! We find in the hotel the signature restaurant of the Address collection

“The Restaurant”, a lounge, a pool bar, a café, a second Peruvian-Japanese restaurant, and the contemporary Asian table Cé La Vi, and finally, a cantilevered shape 30 meters above the void, enough to observe the ground… 200 meters below.

10 min walk from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa.

Price? From €345 per night.

Address: Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashed Boulevard, Downtown Dubai, PO Box 111969, Dubai.

13. The Palace Downtown Dubai

Right in the heart of Downtown Dubai (Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are a stone’s throw away), The Palace Downtown offers the best of both worlds.

An impeccable urban location, allowing it to compete with other 5-star establishments Downtown, and at the same time a not unpleasant urban resort air, with its large outdoor swimming pool and the opulence of its Arabic decor.

Sculpted wooden panels and noble fabrics give the rooms, which have views of the fountains adjoining the Dubai Mall, a welcome oriental touch.

A safe bet in Dubai despite a sometimes hesitant service according to our colleagues from the Telegraph.

Price? From €295 per night.

Address: Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, Downtown Dubai

14. Rove Downtown Dubai

With rooms from €70 a night in low season, this 3-star hotel in Downtown is one of the few establishments to offer a cool and affordable alternative to traditional luxury hotels.

Simple standing but neat design ready to be Instagrammed, young and trendy atmosphere, functionality pushed to the extreme (free access laundry, luggage lockers.

Mini market open 24 hours a day, Starbucks, fitness, also accessible 24/7), the Rove seems to have been designed to satisfy the desires of nomadic millennials and has inspired other brands for recent or future openings (25Hours, Mama Shelter).

15. SLS Dubai

The view of Downtown Dubai is dizzying from the tower housing the SLS Dubai, a 75-story 5-star hotel that boasts an exuberant signature without ever exceeding the limits of kitsch.

With a cathedral stained glass window on the ground floor, a digital work of art in the supersonic elevator, a grandiose atrium with crystal chandeliers, and breathtaking views of the city and the desert, the SLS does not do half measures.

His emblem, The infinity pool, and the rooftop bar perched 325 m high, as high as the Eiffel Tower.

After taking advantage of its spacious terrace in the 254 rooms and 321 apartments (between the 58th and 70th floors). We take a break at the “Ciel” spa and enjoy the 6 tables of the address, each one more accomplished than the other.

At Carna, the steakhouse of Tuscan butcher Dario Cecchini, exceptional and matured meats are in the spotlight, while the Mediterranean reveals its flavors at Fi’lia.

The extra advice? We browse between floors, elevators, and doors to find Smoke & Mirrors, a speakeasy and confidential cigar bar with a view of the Burj Khalifa.

On the edge of Downtown Dubai

How much? From €270 per night in low season.

Address: Marasi Dr – Business Bay – Dubai

16. Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Center

By inaugurating a second address in the spring of 2016 in the heart of the financial district, less than two years after inaugurating a high-end resort in 2014′

Four Seasons has proven its ability to remain at the forefront of luxury in an ultra-competitive destination in the matter.

With only 106 rooms, including 28 suites, Four Seasons has opted for a quasi-“boutique” format whereas many of its competitors have opted for volume.

The pleasant feeling of belonging to a private club emerges, a rare sensation for Dubai.

Certainly, the rooms are not the largest in the city (34 m2) but for everything else, we find the extraordinary know-how of the Canadian brand.

The functionality of the spaces is optimized to the maximum, absolute comfort, class service world.

A rooftop with a swimming pool, intimate like the hotel, completes making the Four Seasons DIFC one of the references in town.

17. Armani Hotel Dubai

Why are we booking? Looking for a quintessentially Dubai hotel experience, then the Armani Hotel is definitely the place for you.

The first luxury hotel signed by the emblematic fashion house of Giorgio Armani (preceding the opening of the property in the Milan stronghold) installed its 78 rooms and 82 suites on eight floors of Burj Khalifa, the tallest tower in the world.

But if you are looking for an altitude record, you will be at your expense, the Armani Hotel Dubai occupies… the first floor of the tower.

Nevertheless, the 5-star establishment has many advantages to claim.

Spectacular views of Dubai Downtown and in particular the fountains of the Dubai Mall, rooms with sleek minimalist decor, stylish service, elegant restaurants (including the excellent Armani Amal) not mention privileged access to the top of the Burj Khalifa (the Armani Hotel has a lounge reserved for its guests on the 148th floor).

Only problem? High prices, including in low season.

18. Habtoor Palace Dubai, LXR Hotels & Resorts

Establishment on a human scale (for Dubai, all the same, 234 rooms and suites) the former St. Regis Dubai has become the Habtoor Palace, with an avalanche of marble (from the lobby to the bathrooms).

Thick carpets, curtains that impressive, satin walls, ultra-spacious rooms (nothing below 55 m2), and an army of butlers (butlers).

This ultra-classic style may not appeal to Habtoor Palace, but it’s hard to refute its ability to offer a very high luxury experience. Excellent value for money during the off-peak period.

Price? From €220 per night.. Address: Al Habtoor Alkhabaisi
